The Brief

micto needed a bespoke platform to replace a patchwork of tools — Calendly for booking, Google Sheets for tracking, and email for everything else. The goal was one unified space where coaches and clients could manage the entire relationship.

What We Built

A full-stack web application with user authentication, calendar-integrated booking, and a progress tracking dashboard. Clients can sign up, schedule sessions, and review their journey — all without leaving the platform.

The Outcome

micto launched with a seamless client experience that replaced five separate tools with one. Session booking time dropped dramatically, and coaches now spend less time on admin and more time coaching.
